SHIPPING POLICY

- Orders placed will be processed within 24-48 hours.

- Free shipping in orders of $150 or more within PR and US (and all its territories).

- A flat rate of $7 on orders less than $150

- Delivery time for PR and US (and all its territories) should be approximately 2 to 5 business days after processing time. However, we do not guarantee delivery times as carriers may experience delays out of our control.

- Enchanté is not responsible for any duties, tax of fees charged by local governments or custom agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

- We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages, but we will do everything in our power to assist you. We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone can receive your package directly.
