• If you are unhappy with your order within 14 days of receiving it, we will give you a store credit. 

• Store credit is accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, damaged, altered, soiled or washed, and with all tags still attached.

• Returns are accepted when accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in the original condition with all tags attached.

• Swimsuits and accessories may not be returned. 

• Money Back Refunds are not permitted, store credit only.

• All sales items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items include purchases made using website discounts and/or the use of any discount codes.

• For all orders shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

• A $15 re-stock and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once items are returned.

• All orders have a 24 business hours processing time.

• Orders placed will be processed within 24-48 hours. 

• Free shipping in orders of $150 or more within PR and US (and all its territories).

• A flat rate of $7 on orders less than $150

• Delivery time for PR and US (and all its territories) should be approximately 2 to 5 business days after processing time. However, we do not guarantee delivery times as carriers may experience delays out of our control.

• We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages, but we will do everything in our power to assist you. We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone can receive your package directly.
